Challenge
This was one of the first posters I ever designed, and it was challenging to determine which information needed to be included and how the poster should visually come together.
Goal
My goal was to incorporate a vintage element inspired by the band's ambiance. After some ideation, I settled on the concept of a tape recorder. With this nostalgic feature identified, the next step was to determine how to integrate it effectively into the poster design.
Solution
I concluded with an illustrated tape recorder and microphone, paired with a stylized tape representing a Vulfpeck record. I used a color palette that aligns with the group's aesthetic and created bespoke lettering using the microphone's wire.
